Fun at the Fawn-Doe-Rosa

We took our annual road trip out to the Fawn-Doe-Rosa -- a huge petting zoo. It's the place to be for every animal lover! It was the perfect opportunity to get up close and personal with many furry creatures.

This year Rose was big enough to enjoy her time there and was very eager to pet all the animals and give them a tasty treat. She went through several bags of food - she sure loved feeding them!

Owen enjoyed feeding the animals too, although he was a bit more particular about who to feed and how much. He wanted to make sure he didn't run out of food. He was saving it for a particular deer that he remembered from last year.

Cole's not a huge animal person so he threw a few kernels of treats to a couple animals and was done with them.

Instead Cole made up his own fun game with Shane. They'd venture up one of the many hills on the property and then let gravity do its work as they came speeding down the hill. He loved it and requested to do it over and over again! The smile on his face was priceless! Of course when Rose saw the fun they were having, she wanted to join in too.
