Each class started out with stretches. Even though her coach tried to make it fun, it's hard to get excited about stretching when there's so many more fun things to do right next to you.
After stretching, we moved down to the bars. It's crazy how strong those little arms are! This girl has no fear so it's important that Mom is on her toes. I never know when she'll decide to let go and tumble down to the cushy mat below.
The 3rd set of activities is all about the floor and balance beam. Somersaults are Rose's favorite gymnastics move. She'll often skip over the other stations and go right back to the somersaults!
The last activity is always the Tumble Track - a super long trampoline. Rose loved running as fast as she could from one end to the other and often forgot she was supposed to be jumping! She's such a peanut that the tumble track offered no spring to her step.
