Rose lost her 1st tooth

Rose's two bottom front teeth had been loose for many weeks. Her new adult teeth were halfway through and those baby teeth kept hanging on for dear life. She had been wiggling and wiggling them, but they just wouldn't fall out. When late one night when I was nearly asleep, she eagerly rushed in and declared that one of her teeth had FINALLY fallen out! There was much excitement in the air as she ran from person to person to show them her tooth.

In the midst of all the excitement, she somehow managed to misplace the tooth somewhere upstairs. This led into a chaotic search up and down the hall, scouring the carpet for that tiny little tooth. Thankfully she agreed to let El Raton and the Tooth Fairy locate the tooth on her behalf (PHEW!)

El Raton and the Tooth Fairy had been preparing for this day, knowing well in advance that Rose would soon be leaving a tooth for them. They had chocolate coins that Rose had specifically hoped to receive as well as a $1 coin and LOL doll waiting for the big day.

Rose awoke with much anticipation. She couldn't wait to see what fun treats had been left behind for her. And she wasted no time ripping them open.

One tooth down, 19 more to go. El Raton and the Tooth Fairy will soon be busy again!
