A Visit to Waldoch Farm

After a hiatus last year due to Covid, we made it back to Waldoch Farm for our annual fall visit (minus Owen who was being a bit too "teenager-y" for the adventure). It was a beautiful day at the farm and so much to see and do. Our first stop was the play area to swing, ride bike, climb through an obstacle course and zip down a gigantic slide.

On our way to the barnyard, we took a spin on the train.

The barnyard was packed full of animals - goats, pigs, horses, donkeys, sheep and more! The kids had fun petting and feeding the animals who were eager to gobble up any food that they could find.

The girls spotted the pony rides and were raring to take them for a spin.

We could have stayed much longer, but we needed to mosey along to our final destination - the pumpkin patch! We made the journey down the dirt road to the field of orange.

The kids ran off in search of the perfect pumpkins to carve for Halloween. Finally the last of the pumpkins was chosen.

We filled up the cart and made the journey back with a load of pumpkins in tow.
