It was a quiet Sunday in La Mesa. With the courts closed over the weekend, we are looking forward to tomorrow when they reopen, and we are hopeful that we will get an update on our case. We are closing in on the end of our two week stay and praying that we have Sentencia soon so that we don't have to find a new place to stay in La Mesa. Our rental house is already booked by someone else starting March 7th and moving all our belongings along with our tribe would be quite cumbersome.
Samuel has been adjusting better than expected. He is such a cutie with the biggest brown eyes and four adorable dimples - two on his cheeks and two under his eyes! His smile and laugh are contagious. We are getting to know him better each day, learning his likes, dislikes and how he communicates. He is quite the wiggly little boy and does not like to be sedentary. He definitely knows where he wants to go and what he wants to explore. But he is also such a noodle and a big 3 year old which makes it hard to constantly be carrying him. I have no doubt that his determination will help him blossom once home.
There isn't much else to report. We are just hanging out doing the same old stuff.
