Day 14 - The Move

Today was an uneventful one full of packing and unpacking.  We moved about a mile down the road to a new apartment.  While the new digs are more modern, have laundry in our apartment (a HUGE bonus!) and a 3rd bedroom, we lost some space in the living room/dining room area.  Its a more residential area so we are missing the convenience of the mall and restaurants just across the street.  But I'm sure once the kids hit the swimming pool tomorrow, they will be so happy we moved (and I'm already planning on catching up on laundry!)

Today marks 2 weeks since we were united with our Rose.  She is the sweetest little pea!  She was really mobile today, doing the army crawl and attempting the crawling position on all 4s.

We spent the entire day at our apartment complex.  I packed while the kiddos played.

It was quite a bit of work getting all our luggage out of our apartment and down to the taxi.  We had so many suitcases that we needed two taxis to transport it all!

We are slowly getting settled into our new place.  Tonight as we were finding places for all our belongings, Rose decided to sit up all by herself.  I had left her on her stomach and then all of the sudden...ta-da!  She was very proud of herself and so were we!

Tomorrow we have a lot of exploring to do around our new apartment complex and the boys are looking forward to hitting the pool!
