...boo!
Oh my goodness!
Watch out, here I come Mom!
Today Owen took a particular interest in a piece of furniture we have in our apartment. He discovered that it's on wheels and has decided his new game is to roll it back and forth...
...and to pull off everything that's on top of it!
He went down for his morning nap around 10:00 am, giving me the perfect amount of time to get ready for the day (notice the sleeping position!)
After lunch, we made the trek to Crepes and Waffles with the Henry’s to meet up with Erin and Lucas Sibley and
Thanks for the spoon Mom!
Yum...the table tastes just as good as the ice cream!
After dessert, we headed back to our apartment to check on when our new room would be available. They now said it’ll be Thursday which actually works out great for us. We’d like to get moved before my family arrives, but since we’ll have to change buildings, putting if off to closer to their arrival will be perfect since being just down the hall from the Henry’s has been wonderful.
This afternoon we went with the Henry’s on a wild goose chase to locate a laundry mat. Our hotel has laundry services available, but boy does it add up! Unfortunately all we found were other similar places that charge by the item rather than by the load. So Korene sent out a few e-mails and presto! We now have the name and address of an actual laundry mat – I was starting to think they didn’t exist in Bogotá!
The remainder of our night was spent in our apartment playing and chatting online with Papa. Whenever Owen sees his papa's face, he goes crazy! He loves pointing at Papa’s nose, eyes, and mouth. It’s not quite as fun online as it is in person, but he still enjoys it!
